Clients must have the rights and necessary permissions for the copy, imagery, names and other materials they supply. Ownership, licensing and handover arrangements are confirmed in the project agreement.

Search rankings, platform approval and third-party availability are not guaranteed. Hosting, subscriptions and ongoing care are included only where expressly agreed.
